  1. I guess you are right Buddha, I din’t make my homework properly.
You clearly dived into the matter a whole lot deeper and I just assumed it was Ry Cooder who did
the job instead of Juan de Marcos González. Any way, let’s enjoy listening to the music..
peace and ehh yes Om mani padme hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…

  2. Hi Moos and Bhudda, The whole pop music history is full of those type of examples where established musicians try to ‘help’ their poor counterparts to become famous. Some examples : Eric Clapton and Howlin’ Wolf, Paul Simon and ladysmith Black Manbazo ,to name just two that came into my mind. Yet there are more but it shows that the truth or true music don’t sell in the western world.
I don’t judge this practice because I think that the involved musicians are the only ones who can tell if their corporation was worthwhile. I go always for the real stuff and don’t even bother to pay a lot of attention to these type of albums. The good part is that you might get exposed to artists that otherwise you wouldn’t have known . Once you know them you can look for their real work. Rik

  3. As some of you may have noticed, I removed several comments of the man who calls himself the buddha. The comments were removed on his own command.
Clearly he did not approve the way I run my blog and kept sending me huge comments that got me tired by reading alone. Be fore closing the subject I want
to say one more thing. Dear buddha, start a blog of your own so you can do things
exactly the way you want and please,.. please do not comment here ever again..

  4. Super sweet album!!!… Thank you for running this blog the way you do…. it is my ‘go to’ place for my mystic music pleasure. ..
